		<description>Yeah, I hadn't thought of that.  We transferred there on the way out, and we did have to go through security off of our international flight onto the Amsterdam-&gt;Berlin flight.

The weird thing there, actually, was not having to go through customs - we wasted several sleep-deprived minutes just making sure we weren't missing anything obvious.</description>

		<description>Does this mean that if you connect in Schiphol, you have to go through security again before getting on your second leg?  Maybe that's the way they want it, though I don't see why; people coming in from airports whose security they don't consider trustworthy?</description>
