  • As presentations about how the world is changing go, this one is well done.
  • An excellent use of Post-It notes.
  • An assembly line moving two inches a minute.
  • Sprout is a delightful way to spend half an hour or so. You’re a seed that learns to grow up into different plants, which you use as a way to move: coconuts roll, dandelions blow on the wind, etc.
  • The Super Mario Bros. theme, played by its creator.
  • Lost Garden on waterfall, agile, and “stage gate”. Where the latter looks a lot like some of what’s in lean software development but not traditional agile: see the Poppendieck’s discussion of funding models and of set-based design.
