		<description>This sounds a bit like the way conferences at AIM work -- schedule determined largely on the fly, general sense of freedom to flit from one working group to another, etc.  Interestingly, some people (like me) really like going to conferences at AIM, others strongly prefer a more traditional approach.</description>
