Really sounds like you've got a lot planned ahead in terms of repairs. I can still remember the time when my dad decided to renovate the whole place and we had to spend 6 uncomfortable months in a rented place.
Now I wonder what else the workers might have left behind under your place. :)

Congratulations on the floor repair.

I've been working up to having my roof repaired - but there are enough complicating factors that I need a good GTD process to manage them:
1. replace the five 20 year old skylights with modern ones, which
will have electric openers, high-e glass, shades, nicer inside trim, etc.
2. replace a couple of damaged 2 x 12 tongue-and-groove ceiling
planks
3. add new beams above the old roof decking, then lay down three
inch foam sheets as insulation, then new plywood decking, then new roof
4. soffit and ridge ventilation
5. new gutters and downspouts
6. conduit for future electric or ethernet runs over the new foam, under the
new roof decking
