		<description>Why not make the creation of a document embodying the checklist into a project?  A work project I just dealt with was just of that form:  things to remind people of during a kickoff meeting.  This has the advantage that there is work product, the document, that can be reviewed, and that eventually can be reused by other people in your position.</description>
