I feel like your post really captured the essence of the session.

I was amused when I read: &quot;...there was one woman on the New Status Quo team who was variously described as his siren, his muse, or his guardian angel.&quot; These words seem to me to describe the perspective of the design teams. I think Marjie described herself as &quot;a guardian angel&quot; and that fits for her role as a member of the Transforming Idea and Integration team. I&#039;ll wager it was a member of the Old Status Quo team who referred to her as a &quot;siren.&quot; The other word &quot;muse&quot; sounds like it would be a good fit for the Chaos team.

Thank you for being a member of the session and writing about it. Your post extends the debrief of the simulation, which I enjoy.
