		<description>I say give it a go if you find something that fits. The crazy long hours are indeed hard (not that I work in the industry, but I have worked 70 hour weeks), but it can be fulfilling. Look at Jeff Green. I don&#039;t think he&#039;s putting in the same amount of hours that some of the programmers are on his team(s), but the payoff is that he feels creatively fulfilled, which he wasn&#039;t getting after GFW shut down. 

This seems to be the main interest for most people. They get to work on something fulfilling and in my view that&#039;s the most important part of any job. Then the hours don&#039;t matter so much.

If you&#039;re gainfully employed right now time is on your side. Talk to people, look at openings and take a chance. But don&#039;t forget, you may not be able to play many games anymore. ;)</description>
